This exciting class will focus on 3 areas of self-defense and how to use them together efficiently to bring your self-defense skills to the next level. We will work on how to get out of advanced grabs like chokes and grabs from behind, simple but effective striking, and how to use a kubaton (self-defense keychain).

Great for teens and adults. No experience needed.
