This class will focus on knife and gun defense. We will work on physical defense techniques against deadly weapons and disarming an attacker as well as deescalation tactics that do not require becoming physically involved with an attacker. Risks, strengths, and weaknesses will be discussed giving participants the knowledge to understand what techniques will work best for them.
